The word CHANGE has always been associated with this regime and as the days go by, things around us keep changing. The climate in the past decades has changed and this change happens not to be the favorable type, therefore world leaders have gathered together to look into possible ways by which climate change can be tackled, the president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari was not left out as he joined other world leaders today in France.
President Muhammadu Buhari was believed to have left Malta where he participated in the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) for Paris, France Sunday evening to join about 150 other world leaders fore the Conference of Parties 21 (COP21) on climate
change.
Today, he presented Nigeria’s statement at the opening session before participating in another launching of the International Solar Alliance, an initiative of Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
The alliance which is code-named the International Agency for Solar Policy and Application (InSPA) comprised all African nations located within the Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of
Capricorn.
